The specialists assist with organizing new neighborhood associations, including constitutions and by-laws; provides information about city services, such as trash collection, snow removal, animal control, et cetera; information about county services such as Department of Health, vacant properties owned by the county, et cetera; helps contact councilperson for residents; informs about street improvements; and try to answer questions in general related to city/county government that affects Fort Wayne citizens.
